Flirty Girl Fitness - Popular, easy to learn dance routines provide the perfect combination of cardio and strength training - you will feel like you’re part of the music video rather than in a cardio crazy, core chiseling, booty toning, arm sculpting workout class.
Step ‘n Core - Traditional cardio step workout with extra ab and back exercises.
Bodiography - Total body conditioning using every piece of equipment in the house.
Platinum Step - Classic cardio step workout
Upper Body Express -Strength training for the upper body.
Pilates Rings - Pilates conditioning using the resistance rings.
Kickbox Boot Camp - Cardio kickboxing and strength and abs.
Latin Explosion - Join Carlos for Latin meets aerobics with this fun, totally off the hook cardio workout.
Express Legs - 30 minute lower body workout.
Cycle Revolution - Cycling at its best.
Bike & Abs - Cycling with abs.
Silver Sneakers - Signature class designed for older adults.
Zumba - Cardio dance  with an international flair. 
Fit Pump - An incredible full body workout using specialized weight bars and free weights.  This class will improve strength and endurance as well as burning calories during an excellent workout.
