Bikes & Abs - Cycling with abs.


Silver Sneakers - Signature class designed for older adults.


Zumba - Cardio dance with an international flair.


Fit Pump - An incredible full body workout using specialized weight bars and free weights. This class will increase strength and endure as well as burning calories during an excellent workout.
